The City of Olean will open up its Front Street Yard Waste Lot to CITY RESIDENTS ONLY on Saturday, October 23, from 10am-2pm. The types of Yard Waste that will be accepted includes grass clippings, leaves, tree branches and tree limbs. You must show proof of residency in order to drop off yard waste…Contractors are not allowed.
