The Cattaraugus County Health Department has set up “Community COVID-19 Vaccination Clinics” for the following days and times:
Thursday, May 20, at the Franklinville High School, from 3:00-5:00pm…Friday, May 21, at the Ellicottville Central School, from 3:10-4:30pm…Monday, May 24, at Salamanca High School, from 2:30-4:10pm…Tuesday, May 25, at Hinsdale Central School, from 3:15-5:15pm.
The county will dispense the Pfizer Vaccine, which can be used by children and adults ages 12 and above. The vaccine will require a 2nd dose within 21 days, which will be scheduled after you receive your vaccination. There is more information available at the Cattaraugus County website, www.cattco.org.
The Allegany County Health Department will conduct COVID-19 clinics using the one-dose Johnson and Johnson Vaccine on the following dates.
Monday, May 24…Tuesday, June 1…Wednesday, June 2…Tuesday, June 8…Friday, June 11…Monday, June 14…and Tuesday, June 15…
The Clinics will take place at the County Health Department Building in Belmont, with two sessions each day, from 9-11:30am, and 1-3:30pm. You need to call the Health Department to make an appointment at (585)268-9390.
The Allegany County Health Department will also hold two community vaccination clinics, May 19, at the Bolivar Fire Hall, 460 Main St., from 4-6pm, and May 26, at the Belfast Fire Hall, 11 Merton Drive, from 4-6pm. The Moderna vaccine will be dispensed at these clinics. 2nd doses are needed, and you will be scheduled for the 2nd dose at the clinics.
